Doodle Notes

“Doodle notes” (TM) are a unique visual note-taking method with built-in features that increase focus and memory by taking advantage of a collection of brain research.

The brain converts blends of visual and linguistic information into long-term memory more easily. This form of visual note-taking allows students to remember and process new information more easily.

How to use doodle notes with your classes:

Doodle notes can be used in many different ways.

  • student led: students use provided information, their own research and memory to complete
  • student led: students can conduct independent research to complete the doodle note pages
  • teacher led: teachers present information while students take notes onto their doodle note pages
